We support trainers, teaching and management staff in vocational training, journeymen, specialists and managers as well as public and private vocational training stakeholders in the area of train-the-trainer through various tailor-made qualifications.
The IVET Trainer Qualification brings together company trainers, school-based vocational training staff and management staff in an interactive seminar. General and subject-specific teaching methods are taught and deepened in a practical way. Our eDozent training enables teaching staff to independently design, implement, and evaluate e-learning and hybrid courses. Participants test media didactic and technical content directly on practical examples and develop individual course concepts.
By conducting multiplier training courses, we help our clients to build up their own pools of lecturers and become independent of external experts. In doing so, we deepen and expand the professional, social, methodological, and personal skills of the trainers.
Our communication training courses for beginners and advanced learners strengthen conversational techniques, offer reflections on everyday situations and improve communication skills in both professional and private contexts.
Participants develop a deeper understanding of their respective roles in the dual vocational training system. They are enabled to better link theoretical content with practical learning experiences and thus improve the trainees‘ ability to act. By reflecting on what they have learned and experienced, they learn how to accompany the trainees‘ learning process in an action-oriented manner in the future. They also learn how to communicate and cooperate with each other more effectively.
Participants learn the basics of a dual vocational training system, create requirement profiles for specific activities, describe communication models and specific occasions for communicating with employees. They learn about different leadership behaviors and styles and reflect on their own behavior. They also apply feedback rules, use the role-play method for selected employee appraisals and apply the model of non-violent communication.
Participants in the six- or ten-week training course acquire the methodological and technical foundations for successfully designing digital educational programs.
Individual web-based training courses (WBTs) that are tailored to the needs of customers are designed and produced.
Demand-oriented training courses have been developed and implemented on the basis of training regulations.
Demand-oriented multiplier training courses have been developed and carried out on the basis of existing courses.
Participants reflect on their own communication behavior and develop concrete solution strategies to improve the way they conduct conversations in their private and professional lives.
